Mental Performance Course (1 and 2 days)

Do you find yourself afraid of falling even when you know there’s a bomber bolt right below you?

Do you want to improve your climbing mindset, learn to shift your perspective, and create targeted goals to improve your mental performance in climbing? If so, this course is for you! Come dive into strategies for managing fear, uncovering root causes of unhelpful thought patterns, and evaluating risk to hone your mind and body. Practice falls, inner reflections, healthy communication, and a willingness to try and improve will be key!

Time: 1 or 2 days with each day 8 hour sessions
Prerequisites: Previous climbing experience
Ages: 12-70
Fitness Level: 2

Season: Year round with periods of unavailability

-Up to 1 mile of hiking
-Numerous rock climbs over 1 or 2 days
-Ample discussion time to process experiences
-Measured approach to risk

What to Bring:
-2 liters of water
-Day pack or hydration pack
-Hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses
-Season appropriate clothing
-Appropriate footwear
-Footwear and clothing suggestion link

Reservation/Cancellation Policy: 
2 weeks before the scheduled program date we will call to obtain a credit card number to hold the reservation.  We do not charge a deposit to this card it simply holds the reservation.

Cancellations of the program with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the program fee.

No shows will be charged 100% of the program fee.

If we need to cancel the program for any reason, there is no fee.
